CBT Vancouver (FMF)
CBT Canada and the College of Family Physicians of Canada will be hosting three workshops at Family Medicine Forum in Vancouver:
- CBT Tools on November 7 (6.0 Mainpro-Cs)
- CBT for Anxiety on November 8 (6.0 Mainpro-Cs)
- CBT for Depression on November 9 (6.0 Mainpro-Cs)
Faculty
Greg Dubord, MD is the head instructor for all three workshop modules. Dr. Dubord has given over 300 CBT workshops—including 40 previous Family Medicine Forum Mainpro-Cs—and is a recent recipient of the CME Teacher of the Year Award from the University of Toronto.
Dr. Dubord will be assisted by Tuhin Bakshi, MD, CCFP, FCFP (medical applications); Peter Duffy, MD, CCFP-EM (emergency medicine applications); Rosa Lima, MD, PhD (psychiatric applications); Mark Sherman, MD, CCFP (medical applications); Cathy Scrimshaw, MD, CCFP, FCFP (chronic disease applications); Clement Sun, MD (substance abuse applications); Sue Tatemichi, MSc, MD, CCFP, FCFP (medical applications); Joyce Tsang, MD, CCFP (student health applications); Christine Uchida, MSW, RSW (pediatric applications); Anne Woods, RN, MDiv, MD, CCFP, FCFP (palliative care applications).
