The workshop combines ????????? CBT for Anxiety and CBT for Depression for 18.0 Mainpro-C credits. The head instructor Greg Dubord, MD is nice & limber from giving over 250 CBT workshops, and a University of Toronto CME Teacher of the Year. Participants gain a rock-solid foundation in medical CBT (with an assumption of ten minute office visits).

 

Workshop hours are carefully scheduled to avoid port activities. And as always, companion cruises FREE.

Located on the coast of the English Channel, Dover serves as a gateway to London. You won't want to miss the 100-million-year-old White Cliffs of Dover, or the gargantuan Dover Castle.

Amsterdam is an eclectic mix of historical charm and cosmopolitan flair. The people-watching is rewarding, and the quest for rich history is even more so. Take a boat tour along the canals to enjoy the distinct and beautiful personalities of the many bridges you'll see.
