CBT Hawaiian cruise
Aloha! Would you like to visit Hawaii but can't decide which island to visit? What if you could wake up in a different port every morning? A Hawaiian Islands cruise may be your answer!
CBT Canada and Expedia CruiseShipCenters are pleased to present a Hawaiian CME cruise aboard Norwegian Cruise Lines Pride of America from January 14-21, 2012. We cruise by all eight Hawaiian islands, with stops on the major islands of Oahu, Maui, the Big Island, and Kauai.
The workshop combines CBT for Anxiety & CBT for Depression for a total of 12.0 Mainpro-C credits. The lead instructor is Greg Dubord, MD, last year's University of Toronto "CME Teacher of the Year". The training provides a rock-solid foundation for primary care CBT, with an assumption of ten-minute office visits.

The Pride of America was launched in 2005, and is the first new US-flagged cruise ship in over fifty years. Most officers and crew are US citizens, and the ship is subject to rigorous American regulations.
The ship is a comfortable size, with 15 decks and just over 2,000 passengers. Nearly 2/3rd of cabin categories have balconies, increasing the sense of the ambience of Hawaii. Dining is "freestyle", meaning you can eat almost anytime you wish, and with whomever you wish... and there are 14 restaurants from which to choose.
