CBT Cranbrook will be held Monday, September 25 and Tuesday, September 26, 2017 at the Rocky Mountain Resort, located in downtown Cranbrook (map). Monday's hours are 2:00PM to 8:30PM, with a complimentary dinner at 6:00PM. Tuesday's hours are 9:00AM to 4:45PM, with a complimentary breakfast (8:00AM) and lunch (12:00PM).
The 12 hour workshop provides participants with a rock-solid foundation in medical CBT for anxiety (and 36.0 Mainpro+ credits). Join us and you’ll learn a marvellous set of ultra-brief techniques to help patients overcome shyness, worry, panic & other anxiety disorders.
