CBT Atlantis will be held Thursday, February 9 to Saturday, February 11 2017 at the fantastic Atlantis Resort on Paradise Island in the Bahamas. Workshop hours are 8:00AM to 12:15PM. You're free each afternoon and evening to join your family in enjoying the Caribbean's #1 resort.

Room options abound at Atlantis (interactive map). Stay wherever you'd like and for as long as you'd like. The only requirement is that you find your way to the Conference Center (bottom left on map above) on the Thursday, Friday and Saturday mornings.

  2. The relaxed atmosphere of the Beach Tower at Atlantis makes it easy to enjoy the carefree, come-as-you-are Caribbean spirit.
  3. The Coral Towers offer a relaxed Bahamian ambiance with moderately-priced, family-friendly accommodations (currently closed for renovations). 
  4. The Reef is a home-away-from-home, featuring all the conveniences of spacious residential apartments.
  5. The Cove is the resort's most stylish and upscale area, with exclusive access to Cain at The Cove (an adults-only "ultra-pool").
  6. Harborside features spacious and charming villas for families and groups of up to nine people.

Getting to the resort.  Atlantis is located on Paradise Island in the Bahamas. The flight time from Pearson International to Nassau International is 3 hours and 16 minutes. The shuttle time from Nassau International to the resort is 25 minutes.

A tardy chief

We work with some truly first-class venues (e.g., Atlantis) which often deservedly sell out months in advance. Unfortunately, some doctors share traits with mere mortals, including the tendency to procrastinate. Regrettably, even the most strident cries of "Do you know who I am?" cannot secure the Chief of Staff (or any other Minor Deity) the best flights and a prime suite when the snowplows are already out. You owe it to yourself and your family to book early. How early? Those who've learned their lessons and take vacations seriously snap up the prime options a year or more in advance. That's just how it is.
